Thanks Ella! I am an avid birdwatcher and especially like owls. They seemed like an interesting subject for this project because they are found in almost every habitat, all over the world. And because of the great variety of owl species. They provide a lot of great subject matter.
Owls are nearly the best subject matter for art and your artworks are amazing. I see you have multiple Snowy Owls and Great Greys, who not try a few other species, the Australian Masked Owl perhaps?

Thank you! Yes, I’ve mostly stuck with the North American ones till this point. But may expand for some future ones.
